We are partnering with a high-growth, Private equity backed international SaaS business with revenues exceeding £150m, currently seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their Dublin-based finance team on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its journey, as they undergo a significant finance transformation programme focused on automation, process optimisation, and the implementation of AI-driven tools across the finance function.
Reporting directly into senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in group reporting, statutory compliance, audit management, and supporting the wider transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly group consolidated accounts
- Supporting the month-end and year-end close process
- Ownership of statutory accounts across multiple entities
- Managing the external audit process and liaising with auditors
- Supporting technical accounting and IFRS compliance
- Driving process improvements and finance automation initiatives
- Supporting ERP and systems enhancement projects
- Partnering with stakeholders across finance and operations internationally
- Assisting with controls, governance, and reporting improvements during the transformation phase
Candidate Profile
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Strong technical accounting background
- Previous experience within a SaaS, technology, or PE-backed environment preferred
- Experience within a group finance or financial accounting role
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment
