The Opportunity:
A dynamic and integrated investment platform is seeking a high-calibre Analyst to join its lean and high-performing team. The platform operates across private equity, credit, and advisory, offering exposure to diverse mandates and transaction types. Key Responsibilities:
- Support transaction execution across M&A, capital raising, and co-investment opportunities
- Conduct financial and commercial due diligence
- Develop financial models and investment materials
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in advisory, capital, and operating teams
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Transaction Services (Big 4 or equivalent)
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with a natural curiosity around data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
