Finatal is working closely with a global private equity fund (large-cap) looking for an individual to join their Client and Product Solutions team. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit but growing team in an exciting private wealth market. This role will focus on the fundraising of evergreen private market fund offerings across the firms investment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in all aspects of evergreen fundraising project management
- Working with the team on the continuing development of the private wealth strategy, processes and infrastructure
- Preparation of high quality marketing presentations and fund documentation
- Completing due diligence processes, coordinating with various relevant internal teams, as well as responding to any ongoing investor specific requests
- Conducting market analysis and research
- Tracking and updating investor information; on-going monitoring of fundraising efforts
- Senior stakeholder management and updates
- Exposure to the wider capital raising and business development initiatives, as relevant
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Fully competent with Excel; modelling skills preferable
- Ability to conduct research, solve problems and learn quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Fully competent with PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in writing high quality presentations and materials, conveying messages in an effective manner
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Ability to work both in a small team and independently with great responsibility
- Ability to work well under pressure with very senior personnel
- Experience within a leading financial organisation (familiarity with private markets fundraising and/or the
- Private Wealth market additive)
- Excellent educational background at a world-class institution
