Your key responsibilities will include:
Financial and Operational Analysis:
- Develop robust financial models to assess business performance and evaluate new initiatives.
- Analyse key operational metrics, providing insights to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Strategic Projects:
- Support company-wide strategic initiatives, including expansion plans, M&A opportunities, and market-entry strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute value-creation strategies aligned with investment objectives.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare clear and concise reports for internal stakeholders and board members.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Market Research and Benchmarking:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to the business.
- Benchmark company performance against industry peers.
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or a similar analytical role (experience in private equity-backed businesses is a strong advantage).
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience conveying insights to senior stakeholders
