Finatal are currently working with a B2B software business that has had fast-paced growth after investment from 2 leading Private equity Funds. They are now looking for a ARR Analyst. This is a newly created role that sits across ARR ownership and commercial analytics, working closely with divisional MDs and FP&A to bring more rigour and insight into bookings forecasting, churn tracking, and pipeline reporting.

Role:

  • Own and forecast Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), including cross-sell, upsell, down-sell and churn across 5+ business units.
  • Own the ARR data cube – monitor movement, build forecasts, and provide insight into performance drivers across each division.
  • Build and maintain robust tracking and reporting frameworks; present insights directly to divisional MDs and support quarterly forecasts.
  • Partner with FP&A to align ARR data with sales bookings, pipeline forecasts, and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Drive accountability and accuracy in booking projections, lead tracking and forecasting performance.
  • Act as the key commercial bridge between finance, sales and the data team—bringing energy, insight, and clear communication to the role.

Requirements:

  • You must be an expert in ARR — with a deep understanding of how to track, report and forecast recurring revenue, churn, and commercial performance in a SaaS business.
  • Proven experience owning or analysing ARR data cubes and using that to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a background in B2B SaaS analytics, commercial finance, and commercial analysis.
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate directly with divisional MDs and sales leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, pipeline hygiene, and sales forecasting.
