The opportunity:
Finatal is working with a Boutique European Debt Advisor looking to add to their London team. They are looking for an inquisitive individual to join their dynamic team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work as an associate in a flat structure, focusing on advising private equity firms on the arranging of debt for event driven situations, acquisition and refinancings, LBOs and amend & extends.
You will be given a wide breadth of responsibility and the opportunity to significantly contribute. The team has grown organically over the last few years and are looking to hire an experienced associate in order to keep up with deal flow.
The Requirements:
- Good academic track record
- 2+ years of experience in debt advisory, restructuring, leveraged finance or M&A
- Build LBO models from scratch
- Desire to work in a flat, entrepreneurial environment
