Finatal is partnering with a leading pharmaceuticals company in need of an experienced Business Central Systems Accountant to support the post-implementation phase of their financial management system. This role will focus on ensuring the system is optimised for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, and is fully aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve post-implementation issues to ensure the Business Central system is fully optimized and aligned with the organization’s financial processes and objectives
- Enhance financial reporting and management capabilities within Business Central to support efficient decision-making and strategic planning
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to refine financial workflows, configurations, and system functionalities
- Provide expert recommendations to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting within Business Central
- Offer ongoing training and support to end-users, ensuring that the team can utilize the system effectively for financial management
- Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure the accuracy of financial data across modules
- Document system processes, updates, and changes to maintain compliance and facilitate knowledge transfer
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, especially in a post-implementation support role
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable, with knowledge of industry-specific financial management needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize and troubleshoot system configurations and processes
