Key Responsibilities:
ยท Forge and secure partnerships with top employers in Germany, managing the relationship from initial contact through to long-term collaboration.
ยท Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, delivering creative and effective solutions to enhance their recruitment strategies.
ยท Collaborate closely with the internal Partner Success team to execute high-impact campaigns that drive outstanding results, with the ultimate goal of renewing contracts.
ยท Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to the strategic growth of our German business operations.
Experience:
ยท Proven experience in new business development within the German market, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
ยท A consultative and creative sales approach, adept at understanding customer needs and offering innovative, results-driven solutions.
ยท Native or fluent German language skills, coupled with a passion for driving success.
