The organisation is seeking a highly commercial and operationally astute CFO to join its executive leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence and shape the company’s continued growth and success by providing strategic financial oversight, fostering operational excellence, and unlocking actionable data insights.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the financial strategy to drive sustainable growth internationally, ensuring the company continues to capitalise on its high-growth opportunities.
· Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing financial and commercial insights that support critical decision-making processes.
· Establish and enhance systems, processes, and controls to ensure operational efficiency in line with the company’s scaling requirements.
· Develop and champion a robust data infrastructure that empowers the leadership team with actionable insights to improve performance across geographies.
· Serve as the primary interface with the private equity investors, providing regular financial updates, analyses, and reporting to ensure alignment on performance metrics and growth plans.
· Navigate the complexities of operating in multiple jurisdictions, optimising financial strategies to meet the varied needs of the UK, US, and Australian markets.
Key Qualifications
· Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally in a PE-backed environment and/or the SaaS industry.
· Exceptional commercial acumen and operational expertise, with a strong history of driving business performance.
· Expertise in delivering actionable data insights to drive performance and strategic initiatives.
· Experience scaling operations in a high-growth, international business.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with private equity investors.
· ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or international equivalent) is highly desirable.
