Role Overview:
The CFO will serve as a critical member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic and operational financial leadership. This role will be pivotal in driving sustainable growth, supporting international expansion, and ensuring the business maintains its impressive trajectory. The CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and investors, managing financial complexity and maximising value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to support the company’s aggressive growth and international expansion goals.
· Oversee finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and the implementation of scalable financial systems and controls.
· Partner with the executive team to evaluate market opportunities, support new market entry, and guide decision-making for international expansion.
· Act as the primary point of contact for investors, delivering clear and transparent financial reporting, performance updates, and strategic insights.
· Lead fundraising initiatives, acquisitions, and capital deployment efforts, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and stakeholder expectations.
· Leverage financial data and market trends to provide actionable recommendations that enhance profitability, efficiency, and business value.
· Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within a high-growth, investor-backed environment, ideally in consumer-facing, multi-site businesses.
· Experience in scaling operations and navigating the challenges of international expansion.
· Strong understanding of private equity or similar investor-backed models, including capital raising and exit readiness.
· ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification, with strong technical finance capabilities and commercial acumen. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels, inspiring teams, and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
