Finatal is working with a leading investor to appoint a new CFO in one of their portfolio companies in the professional services sector. The ideal candidate will work with an ambitious CEO scale finance infrastructure and give valuable commercial insight to the senior team and investors.
Experience of professional services, consulting or B2B services is preferred.
Role Requirements:
Technical skills
- FP&A – budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial / operational analysis (margins / profitability etc)
- Financial controls
- Cash management – treasury, debtors, creditors, forecasting etcÂ
- Manage auditors
- Tax: HMRC, VAT etc
- Experience of M&A and integration workÂ
