The Opportunity:
Finatal is working with a leading UK Private Equity business to find an experienced CFO for a national Professional Services firm with a unique tech enablement angle.
The role is based in the Midlands and would require 1 or 2 days a week in the office.
The Role:
- Build and optimise the finance function
- Translate finance function improvement into superior commercial outcomes
- Support continued organic and M&A-driven growth and build towards exit
- Co-pilot the CEO and work closely with Board / PE Investors to set commercial and financial strategy
Requirements:
- Experience as a CFO in private equity backed businesses
- Good understanding of the professional services business models with a track record in this space
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
