Finatal are working with a prominent private equity house that are looking for an Operating Advisor, CFO that can be HQ’d in Paris and is a fluent French speaker. You will be working with the current operating partners, the deal team, and external advisors on a range of portfolio companies throughout the deal cycle. Responsibilities include pre-deal DD (both new investments and bolt-ons), mid-cycle value creation, financing, exit preparation, along with ongoing mentoring of existing portfolio company CFOs. We are looking for a candidate who has been in a Big 4 or a leading corporate background and has a track record as a successful CFO (with exits) in service-led, private equity-backed companies. The role will require a 3–4 days-a-week commitment for the long term.

- Full-cycle PE investments (including leading exits as No.1 in finance)
- Buy and build

- International expansion
