The opportunity:
Finatal is leading the search for a reputable mid-market Private Equity organisation, that have invested in a B2B SaaS provider. The business seeks a dynamic and a results-driven Chief Financial Officer to join the fast-paced growth journey they’re looking to head on. Working alongside blue-chip enterprise customers, the business is international and operating at c. £10m EBITDA with 20% y-o-y growth. Goal is to grow via a rapid buy-and-build to c. £25m EBITDA in partnership with a strong and strategic CEO. As business partner to CEO, you will lead the finance function and business towards an eventual exit in the coming years.
The requirements:
- Experience in a Private Equity backed business
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Led on 1/2 successful exits (e.g. secondary buyouts/sale to trade)
- Sector: B2B Software Services
- International experience
- M&A growth experience
- Strong leadership skills
