The opportunity: Finatal is leading the search for an energetic CFO to join a high-growth professional services business, which has investment from a mid-market UK-based Private Equity firm. They are a highly acquisitive business with ambitions to grow exponentially, heading towards an eventual exit; currently operating at c. £3m EBITDA. The incoming CFO will be a business partner to CEO and act as a natural leader who can add value by supporting the investors in their journey and given the sector the business operates in – a high level of EQ is desirable.
Requirements:
Worked alongside PE/VC in a growth setting
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong leadership skills
Led a successful secondary buyout or exit to trade
