A PE-backed B2B services business is seeking an experienced CFO to join their executive leadership team. This role will work closely with the CEO to drive the company’s financial strategy and lead the finance function. Alongside management of the finance function, you will have oversight of sales, IT, HR and legal and will work closely with the product team.
The business is growing internationally and needs an experienced leader to help drive them towards profitability in the next 12 months. The successful candidate will ensure best in class systems and processes are in place across the business to enable them to scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise and streamline operations.

- Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s overall strategic plan.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business expansion and market penetration.
- Evaluate potential investments and partnerships to support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

- Proven experience as a CFO within a growth equity-backed B2B services environment.
- Strong background in strategy, process optimisation, and organisational development.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
