The Role
We are leading the search for a hands-on and commercially astute CFO to join a growing, facilities management business backed by a reputable Mid-Market Private Equity firm. The company operates within the essential services sector, with significant growth ambitions, both organically and through M&A. With a focus on professionalising the finance function, driving operational efficiencies, and executing strategic acquisitions, the CFO will play a pivotal role in steering the business through its next phase of expansion. The ideal candidate will have a background in private equity-backed environments and bring relevant sector experience, particularly within healthcare or a closely related field.
What We Look For
● Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
● Experience working alongside Private Equity investors in a growth setting.
● Strong background in facilities management; healthcare sector experience is advantageous.
● Proven track record in professionalising finance functions, implementing robust financial controls, and driving efficiency improvements.
● Hands-on leader with experience in M&A execution and integration.
● Commercially minded, with the ability to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and wider leadership team.
