A private equity-backed AdTech company with a strong international presence is seeking a CFO who can execute on a 3 – 5 year growth plan. The company specialises in innovative digital advertising solutions, driving impactful results for their clients. Their growth strategy is robust, focusing on organic expansion and strategic mergers and acquisitions to enhance their market position globally. 

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team. This is a pivotal role that will drive the financial strategy of their rapidly expanding business, supporting both organic growth and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven CFO experience in an international PE backed environment.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement the financial strategy to support the company’s growth, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. 
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, providing actionable insights to the executive team. 
  • Spearhead the financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, from deal sourcing and due diligence to integration, ensuring value creation and alignment with strategic objectives. 
  • Manage relationships with private equity investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders, ensuring optimal capital structure and funding for growth initiatives. 
  • Oversee risk management strategies, including regulatory compliance, financial controls, and audit processes. 
  • Support the company’s global growth by navigating financial complexities across multiple jurisdictions and markets. 
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in CFO roles, with a strong track record in private equity-backed companies. Experience in AdTech or related industries is highly desirable. 
  • Proven experience in leading M&A transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach. 
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with international accounting standards is a plus. 
  • Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
