Your Background

• Experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within a private equity-backed or high-growth technology business.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, M&A execution, and value creation in investor-backed environments.
• Proven ability to optimise financial performance and drive EBITDA expansion.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and software business models, including pricing, revenue recognition, and key metrics.
• Track record of working effectively with PE investors, boards, and senior leadership teams.
