Finatal are working with a Private Equity fund to hire a CFO for a recent carve out.
The role would suit an individual with experience as a CFO or CFO-1 during a Private Equity carve out, or early stage professionalisation for a Private Equity asset.
Based in the South East of England, this business is currently trading at c.£5m EBITDA and are looking to grow to c.£10m EBITDA over a typical PE time frame. The successful candidate will likely have experience of a similar scale growth journey within Private Equity.
The PE are open to either a proven CFO or someone with CFO-1 experience (Divisional CFO, Regional CFO, alternatively Finance Director, Head of FP&A, or Financial Controller reporting into a CFO).
Experience in a financial leadership role within a Private Equity backed asset is essential. Please only apply if this is experience you have.
