Role Summary:
They are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO to lead our financial operations and strategy. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as supporting fundraising efforts and managing investor relations. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial performance in a high-growth environment and contribute to the company’s expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with private equity partners and prepare regular financial updates for the board and investors.
- Lead the finance team, ensuring robust financial controls and efficient processes.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration of acquisitions.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and long-term planning as a key member of the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment.
- Strong background in financial strategy, corporate finance, and financial planning & analysis.
- Experience in the advertising technology or digital media sectors is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
