About the Role:
Our client is a leading consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to their clients. They are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive their financial strategy, ensure compliance, and lead their finance team in achieving operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s overall financial strategy and planning
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Advise the executive team on strategic financial matters
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes
Your Profile:
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a financial leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and executing financial strategies
- Strong expertise in accounting, controlling, and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Fluency in German and English
