The CFO will be responsible for building a robust financial infrastructure, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving operational excellence across finance, data, and systems. Initially focused on strengthening core finance capabilities, the role will evolve to lead international acquisitions, including due diligence, deal execution, and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish best-in-class financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Implement strong financial controls and governance frameworks aligned with PE standards.
- Upgrade systems and data capabilities to support scalability and real-time decision-making.
- Build a strong FP&A function to improve insight & visibility aiding commercial decision making.
- Partner with the CEO to deliver the value creation plan and prepare for exit readiness.
- Lead financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-deal integration for acquisitions.
- Build strong relationships with banks, debt providers, and auditors to secure financing and maintain compliance.
- Navigate a high-performance, professional services environment, managing senior fee earners with confidence and diplomacy.
