Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the executive team to revitalise operational performance and strategic direction.
- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies, optimising efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and help in building a robust, data-driven culture.
- Play a crucial role in our M&A endeavours, collaborating with a nimble team.
- Lead the charge in developing new business opportunities and initiatives.
- Work closely with our M&A team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Private Equity backed business as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Experience in M&A activities and the ability to navigate unsophisticated sellers.
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and resilience, crucial in our unique corporate culture.
