We are looking to hire a senior Chief Transformation Officer, to report to the Group Executive Chair or the Chief Executive Officer, to lead an ambitious and complex transformation project. You will lead the entire transformation journey and the value creation initiatives across the group, coordinating between different Business Units, working groups and senior stakeholders, reporting to the Group Executive Chair. Example areas of intervention will include:
- Execute the separation, divestment, or carve-out processes within a X-day timeline. Develop a playbook for seamless integration, separation, divestment, and carve-out processes. Create a comprehensive communication plan to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Tech efficiencies: In coordination with the BUs, identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiencies across the various BU’s tech team, including 3rd party spend (such as cloud)
- Product complexity and rationalization: Support tech BU teams identify technology solutions that are not delivering value relative to cost / complexity, and manufacturing and supply chain complexity they drive
- Off- / near-shoring: Understand opportunity to leverage lower cost locations across tech and non-tech functions, and execute transition
- Procurement optimisation: Execute strategic sourcing program to reduce cost of external services
- Customer Service efficiency: Eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies, increase use of technology to drive more efficient and effective customer service
- G&A efficiency: Eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies
- IT Optimisation: Understand the evolution plan of IT and the modules most likely to over and under/deliver on ROI
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Deep experience in IT Services or Software or Technology sectors.
- Proven track record in PE-backed companies, particularly in Carveout and Cost out activities scaling mid-market businesses.
- Strong operational background in process optimisation, commercial strategy, and leadership development.
- Experience working across Nordic business landscapes, understanding both European R&D and market dynamics.
- Fluency in Nordic languages is highly preferred, given the company’s operations.
- This is a high-impact role that will play a critical part in ensuring that the company transitions from a strong player to a market leader by optimizing operations, integrating acquisitions effectively, and driving long-term value creation.
