Finatal are partnered with a large-cap private markets investment manager, looking for a Client Solutions Professional to join their dynamic Private Wealth Client Solutions team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop tailored investment solutions, support fundraising initiatives, and deliver exceptional client service across Iberia. The ideal candidate will combine strong private markets experience with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Private Wealth team in developing and managing relationships with existing and prospective distribution partners.
- Assist with strategic distribution projects across open-ended and closed-ended funds, including day-to-day wholesale activities and advisor study sessions.
- Create tailored, high-quality marketing materials, responses to client queries, and performance updates.
- Provide proficiency in product features, operational and regulatory processes, and client onboarding including CDD/KYC.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio solutions, structuring, and marketing, to streamline client engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant private markets experience, ideally with familiarity in open-ended funds, mutual funds, and closed-ended products.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills, with a polished professional demeanour.
- Fluent in Spanish (essential) and English. German proficiency preferential.
