Finatal are currently partnering with a high-growth technology and connectivity business that is investing heavily in its commercial capabilities. As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint a Commercial Pricing Manager at a crucial stage in the company’s scale-up. This newly created role will sit at the centre of commercial strategy, helping the business optimise pricing, strengthen margin performance, and support data-driven growth decisions.
The Role
As Commercial Pricing Manager within the Commercial Finance Function, you will take ownership of pricing frameworks, commercial analysis, and deal modelling across the organisation. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to develop pricing strategies that support profitable growth while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
This role will have a significant impact on shaping commercial decision-making, improving visibility of profitability across product lines and customer segments, and embedding a more structured, analytical approach to pricing as the business scales. You will also play a key part in evaluating bids, supporting tenders, and building models that guide strategic choices.
The Requirements
- Strong background in pricing, commercial finance, or financial analysis.
- Proven experience developing pricing models and supporting commercial decision-making.
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence across Sales, Product, and Finance.
- Highly analytical, with strong modelling skills and a data-driven approach.
- ACA Qualified with 1/2 years PQE – ideally from Big 4
