- Building, developing, and leading a high-performing finance team capable of supporting rapid scale
- Driving commercial insight and performance analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Enhancing systems, processes, and governance to support continued growth in a Private Equity environment
The Requirements:

- Demonstrable experience in M&A, covering both transaction execution and post-acquisition integration
- A strong track record within a high-growth and/or Private Equity backed environment
- Ideally, prior experience in a scaling SaaS or technology-enabled business
- Experience supporting or leading a business through an exit process is highly desirable
- Strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
