The Opportunity

Finatal is partnered with a private equity backed business who do B2B services for the automotive industry. They are seeking a CRM Business Analyst.

The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements of CRM system. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that the CRM system not only meets technical specifications but also aligns with the organisation’s strategic objectives and delivers tangible business value. Effective communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Applications and VP of Sales to understand the CRM vision, goals, and roadmap.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business requirements.

· Conduct interviews and workshops to define CRM features and functionality.

· Document, manage and support the prioritisation of business requirements.

· Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.

· Work closely with software and QA engineers to ensure a shared understanding of the user stories.

· Assist the Enterprise Applications Director in prioritising the CRM development backlog.

· Identify and resolve conflicts, dependencies, and issues that may impact new CRM delivery and quality.

· Support testing and evaluation activities to validate the CRM’s functionality and quality.

· Gather feedback from customers on the CRM’s performance, usability, and satisfaction.

· Identify areas for CRM improvement, enhancement, and innovation.

· Represent the CRM internally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.

· Continuous learning mindset, keeping up to date with industry trends, CRM advancements, and emerging technologies.

Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.

· Business Analysis certification is an advantage.

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM,

· Demonstrated experience in CRM software, including implementation or replacement projects

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

· Knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality.

· Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects.

· Experience on CPQ tool and process is a plus

· Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

· Lead to Cash knowledge is an advantage.
