Finatal is partnering with an esteemed private equity house who are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager. They will lead the organization’s cybersecurity efforts; collaborating with IT, internal teams, and external partners. The role involves delivering actionable guidance, driving cybersecurity projects, and recommending decisive actions.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of the cybersecurity of the firm and its external partners. Identify weak areas and suggest improvements.
• Monitor security systems to detect and address potential threats. Provide analysis and reporting on any security incidents that occur.
• Develop practical security policies and procedures to protect company data.
• Create and coordinate security training initiatives to raise awareness among staff.
• Communicate with key internal and external stakeholders. Lend technical support to the security teams.
Experience:
• Experience of being a Cybersecurity manager or leader
• Experience of Microsoft Azure, Sentinel, Defender, Email Filtering on Exchange 365.
• Experience / Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems
• Experience / Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, VPN, Anti-virus, Encryption
• MFA, PKI, DLP, Packet Capture, Network Analysis, Traffic patterns
