Role Overview
Finatal is retained by a thriving mid-sized international manufacturing business that has recently secured Private Equity investment from a reputable mid-market fund. This exciting new chapter will fuel their ambitious growth plans, and they are seeking a dynamic FP&A Director to play a pivotal role in building out the commercial arm of the business.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the FP&A Director will own the P&L, balance sheet, and budget & forecasting process, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be vital in understanding and projecting the business’s performance over the next 6-9 months and beyond.
To be successful this person must be a self-start who can hit the ground running. They must have exposure to working with large data sets and have experience in manufacturing and private equity.
Requirements:
- Accounting qualified. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- PE experience is needed
- PE exit is highly desirable
- Experience in an international company
- Experience presenting to PE board
