Finatal is exclusively supporting a Global PE-backed People Services Business (£100m+ T/O), seeking a Director of Transactional Finance to join them.
In this role you will report directly into the CFO and will oversee all transactional processes. You will be instrumental in centralising and building out the transactional team, optimising efficiencies and improving delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll, billing team, accounts payable and accounts receivable across all jurisdictions.
- Continuously improve finance processes to drive efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, collaborating with IT and other functions to implement these initiatives.
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimize upstream processes, ensuring clean data flow into finance.
Background:
- Experience in People Services or Managed Services
- Ability to design and document policies and translate them into actionable steps that become embedded in business practices.
- Customer-focused mentality and ability to inspire this within a team to evolve from “processing” to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Interest in leveraging systems automation to drive efficiency.
