Finatal is working with a private equity house who own a pan-European FS business that are looking for M&A support. We need an M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO who is looking to go through an exit process. The primary objective is to support the CFO, build the data room, FDD, VDD, liaise with external advisors and the PE deal team and run projects for the SLT around the exit. This role involves close work with the PE fund and CFO extracting data from systems, producing financial models and aiding advisors on all financial questions. The role is based in Germany and will require some travel.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in
- PE backed businesses
- Big 4 Transactions Services/deal advisory
- Producing FDD and populating data rooms
- Fluent German
