The opportunity:
Finatal is partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing services provider based in Dublin; backed by a reputable UK-based mid-market Private Equity firm. We are seeking an experienced CFO to join a highly ambitious and fast paced precision solutions provider; as the CFO, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to support our ambitious growth objectives. The business is international and they are currently operating at c. £30m revenue and c. £8m EBITDA. You will lead on their growth journey via a mix of both service offering and inorganic growth. The successful CFO is required to lead and drive the business towards an eventual exit, in c. 2-3 years’ time.
What we look for:
- Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Led on a successful transaction (i.e. MBO, IPO, sale to trade)
- Worked alongside PE in a growth setting.
- Strong leadership skills
- M&A and Integration experience
