Finatal is excited to be working with a private equity-backed business services group undergoing rapid international expansion through an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. We are looking for a dynamic Finance Director to lead the fast-growing ESG-focused division, overseeing 30 business units across DACH, Benelux, France, and the UK. With a target of reaching €350 million in revenue within the next 2-3 years and achieving 35% profit margins, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive transformative growth, integrate acquisitions, and shape financial strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Steer financial performance and shape strategic direction, ensuring business targets are met.
  • Entity Integration: Lead seamless integration of new acquisitions, aligning them with group-wide standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Build robust KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks across multiple business units.
  • Process Optimisation: Streamline financial processes, drive efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
  • Strategic Partnership: Be the go-to financial partner for divisional leadership, providing insights that propel growth and profitability.

With the group aiming for €1.8 billion turnover and preparing for an IPO within the next five years, this is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship business unit in a high-growth, international private equity-backed company.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in international finance, ideally within Private Equity-backed or high-growth environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Degree in finance or accounting (CPA/RA preferred).
