The opportunity
Finatal is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Finance Director to join a growing, PE-backed real estate business. If you possess extensive experience in pre and post deal accounting with acquisition consolidation this is for you.
The requirements
- ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience consolidating entities post acquisition.
- Technically strong with a meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of CAPEX.
- Pre and Post deal accounting.
- Experience in Real Estate or a similar industry is strongly preferred.
The responsibilities
- Managing internal finance operations.
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
- Manage and develop the accounting team.
- Track and report on key financial metrics, including ROI, EBITDA, and working capital.
- Develop and implement standardised reporting frameworks to streamline multi-entity financial management.
- Post acquisition consolidations.
- Supporting the CFO and PE investors with value creation.
