The industry leader in luxury, multisite beauty services, is seeking a Finance Director with exceptional strategic acumen and a strong personality to help them shape the future of their growing brand.
The Responsibilities
As Finance Director, you will sit on the SLT, playing a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, performance, and growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with ambitious goals.
- Financial Operations: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all entities to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Growth Enablement: Supporting expansion plans with rigorous financial analysis and investment strategy guidance.
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with investors, banks, and partners, ensuring clear communication and confidence in their financial health.
- Team Development: Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
The Requirements
A driven and confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You must have:
- Proven experience in a senior financial role, within a multisite retail, beauty, franchise or hospitality business.
- Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver actionable insights from financial data.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at all levels.
