Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth plans and acquisition strategy.

· Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.

· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with all statutory requirements.

· Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

· Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.

· Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s liquidity needs are met.

· Drive cost efficiency and identify opportunities for financial improvement.

· Support due diligence and integration processes for acquisitions.

· Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

· ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.

· Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within a private equity-backed business.

· Strong experience in multi-site operations, preferably in the education sector.

· Demonstrated success in managing financial strategies for high-growth companies, including M&A activity.

· Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
