Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business performance and growth.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Implement and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role within a SaaS business.
- Strong background in venture capital (VC) or private equity (PE) environments.
- Demonstrated ability to professionalise and scale finance functions in a start-up setting.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
