Finatal are partnering with a PE Backed, high-growing energy and infrastructure platform, seeking a Finance Manager to join the team during an exciting phase of growth.
The Role:
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role across financial reporting, forecasting and business partnering, supporting the growth of a dynamic energy platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling business with strong investor backing and exposure to strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.
• Support group reporting and consolidation across multiple operating entities.
• Assist with board reporting, lender reporting and audit processes.
• Partner with operational teams to understand asset performance and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes as the business continues to scale.
Requirements:
• ACA qualified or equivalent.
• Background in audit or financial reporting, ideally within energy, infrastructure or asset heavy sectors.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience preparing board level reporting and working with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capability.
