A fast-growing, international technology company is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to drive strategic finance initiatives across a globally distributed organization.
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role focuses on improving finance processes, systems, governance, and reporting to support scalable growth. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Europe and work in partnership with accounting leadership, leading projects through influence rather than direct line management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional finance transformation projects from planning to implementation
- Improve finance processes, controls, and group reporting
- Support rollout of finance systems and tools, including documentation and user adoption
- Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and external partners across multiple European locations
- Support consolidation readiness and key month-end/year-end activities
- Prepare clear project updates, risk assessments, and decision materials for senior leadership
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Several years’ experience in finance transformation, consulting, audit, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of consolidation, closing, reporting, cash flow, and governance
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across international teams
- Analytical, hands-on, and delivery-focused
- Fluent English
