Finatal is retained by a PE-backed professional services firm based in Central London, with a £40m turnover and £20m EBITDA, aiming to double in size over the next two years. The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and report to the Financial Controller.
This role is ideal for someone newly out of practice, preferably from a Top 6 firm with experience in professional services clients. It offers an excellent opportunity to transition from audit to a growing business, with exposure to a PE-backed environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts, supporting schedules, and manage the consolidation process, focusing on improving the close process.
- Oversee day-to-day finance and bookkeeping for the UK, Singapore, and other group companies, supported by the accounts assistant.
- Ensure financial systems (NAV) operate efficiently and accurately.
- Manage tax submissions, collaborating with UK and Singapore tax advisors.
- Serve as the primary contact for auditors, preparing reports for interim and annual audits.
- Handle payroll and pension reporting and liaise with service providers.
