The Role
Finatal is conducting a search for a Financial Controller to step into a B2B Support Services business backed by a lower mid market fund. Having recently received investment, this £50m t/o business requires a technically excellent FC to professionalise the finance function.
The Responsibilities
- Improving efficiency with new processes and controls as well as updating the existing ERP system.
- Ensuring acute accuracy of historical data, allowing stakeholders to make clearer strategy decisions.
- Full lead on the audit process, month end and year end close.
- Responsible for statutory accounts and managing the company’s working capital through AP / AR.
- Consolidating multiple entities
- Support on post acquisition integration and aligning reporting structures.
The Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced and high growth environment
- Experienced financial controllership roles.
- Prior involvement in post acquisition accounting.
- Ideally sector relevant experience either through utilities or b2b services.
- Post acquisition integration experience.
