About the Role:
As an FP&A Consultant, you will be instrumental in setting up and refining the Financial Planning & Analysis function within our client’s organization. You’ll collaborate closely with the CFO, bringing your expertise in financial modelling and commercial acumen to the forefront. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial strategy and decision-making processes of a thriving B2B enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Overhaul and optimize existing FP&A processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis, ideally within a PE-Backed business or Transaction Services environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
