A fast-growing, acquisitive investment group is seeking an FP&A Manager to take a commercial lead as the business continues to expand its portfolio. Reporting to the MD, you’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling while playing a key role in M&A due diligence and integration. This is a high-impact role with clear progression to Group Head of FP&A or Portfolio FD.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across portfolio companies.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive profitability, cash flow, and strategic decision-making.
- Deliver accurate, insightful management reporting to support growth.
- Support buy-side due diligence and new investment appraisals.
- Embed best-practice FP&A processes and coach portfolio finance teams.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong technical foundation.
- Background in Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, or Corporate Finance.
- Proven FP&A/business partnering experience, ideally in PE-backed or acquisitive environments.
- Strong financial modelling skills; BI tools (Power BI/SQL) desirable.
- Commercially minded, confident influencing senior leaders, and comfortable in fast-paced settings.
