The Opportunity:

As the FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial insights across the UK & European region. Reporting directly to the Finance Director (FD) and collaborating closely with the CFO and broader Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will ensure that the business remains agile, informed, and ready to capitalise on growth opportunities. This position is integral to the wider finance team, offering you the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth, acquisitive strategy in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing valuable insights to the FD, CFO, and SLT.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, acquisitions, and long-term planning.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure the business meets its financial objectives.
- Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Work closely with the broader finance team to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports to the board and investors.
- Provide commercial and operational finance support to drive profitability and performance.
- Regularly liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Occasional travel across the UK & Europe as required.
The Requirements:
- Must hold a professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in an FP&A role, preferably within a Private Equity-backed or fast-paced acquisitive environment.
- Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
- Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable in a high-energy, office-based environment in Central London.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth business with a strong focus on people and culture.
- Prior experience with M&A activity is advantageous.
