The Opportunity:
Finatal is partnering with a dynamic and globally recognized ecommerce/retail business, boasting strong EBITDA and a turnover exceeding £200m. We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join its London-based team. Backed by Private Equity and operating in a fast-paced, complex environment, this is a pivotal role for a motivated individual ready to make a tangible impact.
Reporting into the FP&A Director and working closely with an experienced Private Equity CFO, the FP&A Manager will lead all FP&A activities, driving key financial initiatives and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
The Role:
· FP&A Leadership: Oversee and enhance FP&A processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial analysis.
· Month-End Reporting: Lead month-end FP&A activities, providing insightful commentary and analysis.
· MI and Board Packs: Build comprehensive management information and board packs for senior stakeholders.
· Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.
· Investment Plans: Develop business cases and investment proposals to support growth and operational improvements.
· Team Development: Shape and drive the FP&A function, introducing best practices to enhance performance.
The Requirements:
· Hold a professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
· Have demonstrable experience in leading or building an FP&A function within a fast-paced business.
· Possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across the organization.
· Have a proven track record in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG, ideally within complex business models involving products, bookings, or B2C experiences.
· Be comfortable working in a hybrid capacity, attending the London office 2-3 days per week.
· Experience in Private Equity a huge advantage.
