The Opportunity:

Finatal is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing London based SaaS business (c.£30million rev.), backed by significant Private Equity investment and on a search for a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join its finance team. This business is at the forefront of some transformational transactional processes.

Under the guidance of a seasoned Finance Director with Private Equity and scaling expertise, this company is set for an ambitious trajectory of growth and M&A activity.

The Role:
Reporting to an established Group Finance Director of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. This role will work closely with the wider finance team, the Group CFO, and other senior leaders to ensure robust financial operations and strategic support.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Lead budgeting process with SLT (CFO, CRO, CPTO, COO) to align financials with strategic goals, from creation to board approval.
  • Develop departmental P&Ls to track actual vs. budget performance.
  • Model monthly group forecasts, manage financial model hygiene, and ensure accuracy.
  • Forecast SaaS ARR, professional services revenue, headcount, and people costs.
  • Produce +5 year financial models and medium-term business plans.

Commercial Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Partner with CRO to create KPI reports from CRM for pipeline visibility and sales performance.
  • Forecast monthly bookings for all products and divisions, supporting FY25 growth.

Business Analysis & Insight Management:

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision-making, including ROI, investment tracking, and pricing strategies.
  • Assist CFO in addressing financial variances and support M&A due diligence.

Board Reporting:

  • Prepare board packs with KPIs, financial and non-financial metrics.
  • Analyze results and highlight red flags for CFO.
  • Collaborate with FC to create full-year P&L, CF, and BS forecasts.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in FP&A or management accounting, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
  • Strong Excel skills, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
