The Opportunity:

Finatal is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing Private Equity-backed Technology/Healthcare business based in London. With a robust turnover exceeding £300 million and strong EBITDA, the company is highly acquisitive and on a clear path towards an exit in the next 2-3 years. The business is constantly engaged in debt and equity raises to fuel their ambitious growth journey.

We are seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join the finance team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support our ongoing growth and acquisition activities. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves to handle large data sets and complex commercial ad hoc projects.

· Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

· Build, develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

· Monitor and analyse key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and support strategic initiatives.

· Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

· Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.

· Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other external communications.

· Provide support for debt and equity raises, including financial analysis, modelling, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

· Maintain high levels of attention to detail and data governance standards.

The Requirements:

· Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

· Proven experience as an FP&A Manager, FP&A Analyst or similar role, preferably in a Private Equity-backed or high-growth environment.

· Extensive financial modelling experience with advanced Excel skills.

· Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

· Excellent understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and accounting principles.

· Experience with M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.

· High levels of attention to detail and a strong focus on data governance.

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Proactive and ambitious with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.
