The Opportunity:
Our client is an exciting global venture capital investor
It is looking for a fund operator to take responsibility for all fund operations and accounting matters, with the opportunity to grow and develop with the business
The Role:
- Reviewing fund drawdown and distribution notices to Fund Limited Partners prepared by administrators
- Preparing management fee calculations
- Preparing and reviewing Carried interest Waterfalls
- Working with external treasury providers to execute FX trades
The Requirements:
- A background in fund operations in private equity, venture capital or similar alternative asset classes
- Accounting experience, preferably within a fund
